All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, text and other materials belonging to Chicks With Prints remain the property of Chicks With Prints  or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective owner, subject to the rights necessary for us to produce the customer's order.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, photographs and digital displays may not accurately represent the exact colour or appearance of a physical garment due to differences in screens, lighting, photography and manufacturing batches.

 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chicks With Prints  will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from an order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable law.

Personal information provided to us will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, provide products and services, and otherwise operate our business.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order is accepted, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
