Terms of service
Custom Apparel Terms, Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our small business! Because our products are custom-made specifically for each customer, we have specific policies regarding orders, returns, refunds, garment care and customer-supplied artwork.
1. Custom Orders & Final Sale
All custom apparel and personalized products are made specifically to the customer’s specifications and are therefore considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to:
● Change of mind
● Incorrect size selected by the customer
● Incorrect colour selected by the customer
● Ordering the wrong garment style or quantity
● Personal preference or expectations that differ from the approved order
● Customer-provided spelling, names, numbers, logos, artwork or other information that was submitted incorrectly
Because custom products cannot generally be resold, we are unable to accept them back for resale.
2. Customer Approval & Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting or approving an order, including:
● Names and spelling
● Numbers
● Sizes
● Garment colours
● Design placement
● Artwork
● Quantities
● Other personalization details
Where a proof or mock-up is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Colour Variations
Colours shown on computer monitors, phones and other electronic devices may vary from the actual printed product due to differences in screens, colour settings, printing processes and garment materials.
For DTF, sublimation, vinyl, screen printing and other decorating processes, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Colours may also vary between different production batches, garments, materials and print runs.
Minor variations in colour, placement or appearance that are inherent to the production process do not necessarily constitute a defect.
4. Production Issues & Defects
Although all orders are inspected as part of our production process, occasional manufacturing or printing issues may occur.
If you believe your order contains a genuine production defect, incorrect item, or error on our part, please contact us within [7] days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photographs of the item and the alleged defect
Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we may, at our discretion, offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair or refund.
We reserve the right to determine whether an issue constitutes a production defect based on the circumstances and available evidence.
5. Garment Care & Washing
Proper care is essential for maintaining the appearance and longevity of decorated apparel.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their garment.
We strongly recommend:
Do not wash garments until 24 hours after receipt.
● Washing garments inside out
● Using cold or cool water
● Using a mild detergent
● No bleach or harsh chemicals
● Avoiding excessive heat
● Air drying or tumble drying on a low-heat setting where appropriate
● No Iron
We cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of a garment or decoration when the recommended care instructions have not been followed.
Once an item has been washed, dried, altered or otherwise treated by the customer, we cannot be responsible for damage, fading, cracking, peeling, shrinking, colour bleeding or other changes resulting from laundering or subsequent care.
Because we cannot control the washing products, temperatures, cycles, dryers, chemicals, ironing, fabric treatments or other methods used after the product leaves our possession, laundering-related damage will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Customer-Supplied Garments
If customers provide their own garments or other items for customization, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects, weaknesses, stains, damage, fabric irregularities, shrinkage, colour changes or other characteristics of the supplied item.
We will take reasonable care when working with customer-supplied items; however, the decorating process may expose pre-existing weaknesses or characteristics in the material.
If a customer-supplied garment is damaged during production, any remedy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be limited by the condition and value of the original item.
7. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions or licenses to use any artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names or other materials supplied to us for production.
By submitting artwork or other content, the customer confirms that they have the right to authorize us to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling their order.
We are not responsible for disputes arising from artwork or intellectual property supplied by the customer.
8. Order Processing & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, supplier delays, shipping delays and circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee the carrier’s delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft after confirmed delivery, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Where available, customers should use the tracking information supplied with their order.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the contents as soon as possible and contact us.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photographs and your order information.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
10. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, custom and personalized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If an issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, any refund, replacement or other remedy will be determined based on the circumstances.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is being provided because of an error on our part.
11. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Because custom orders may enter production shortly after an order is received, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.
If production has already started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
12. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
● The requested design cannot reasonably be produced
● Supplied artwork is unsuitable for production
● The requested content may infringe the rights of another party
● Materials are unavailable
● An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred
● The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel an order before production, any applicable payment will be refunded.
13. Product Appearance & Handmade/Production Variations
Custom apparel is produced using physical materials and manufacturing processes that may result in minor variations.
Small differences in print placement, sizing, texture, colour, alignment or appearance may occur and may not constitute a defect.
We make every reasonable effort to produce items consistently, but exact duplication between individual garments or production batches cannot always be guaranteed.
14. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms, including our policies regarding custom products, colour variations, garment care, returns and refunds.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
